先进的装载方式

装载托盘和手推车

Carbolite Gero可以提供快速便捷的装载、卸载样品的装载托盘和手推车，满足客户的特殊需求。重物装载也可使用叉车。为了缩短恢复时间，类似滑动托盘这种特殊的装载系统可用于温度高达600℃的烘箱，便于样品快速装载进入烘箱预热室，无需开启烘箱门。

底部、前部和顶部装载

温度范围高达3000℃的烘箱和箱式炉，多配有顶部、底部或前部装载通道。可以根据客户需求，可对标准模型进行适当的修改。

 

更大的样品重量

工业应用要求更大的样品装载量实现高效生产。通过增加炉床和侧壁的强度，Carbolite Gero可以提供样品装载量更大的烘箱和马弗炉。最高工作温度600℃的烘箱，可选标准系列装载配件。

电动门和自动开启机械设备

Carbolite Gero烘箱和马弗炉配有自动装卸机械设备，同样配有电动门和自动开启机械设备。电动门有气动和电动可选。通过控制面板按钮或脚踏板可开启电动门。
